The Guarantee Utilizing our research services is a cost effective way to identify candidates for any position you are looking to fill. We are so confident in the results of our research that the initial candidate generation is done on a performance basis; you owe us no fee if we can not identify appropriate candidates.
The Process We will jointly develop a target group based upon job title, organization, geographic area and other pre established parameters.
Following a preliminary review of the candidate list we can provide you with the names, titles, phone numbers and/or e-mail addresses of the candidates who we identify. Your internal Talent Acquisition / Recruiting function can then proceed to work with these candidates or you can utilize our screening and candidate development process described below.
The Value The process is significantly less expensive than a retained, contained or contingency search with results that are comparable and often times much better. The process works equally well for unique one off positions as well as positions where you have multiple openings or needs to develop a roster of potential candidates for future positions. It is one flat fee for these initial results. In addition, the individuals that we obtain contact information for are primarily passive candidates. Active candidates make up only a small percentage of the available work force. As opposed to waiting for candidates to find you, our service allows your company to pursue top talent.
Screening and Candidate Development Process
The Guarantee All of the information and candidates generated belong to you and you alone. The results of our research services are never shared with any other organization.
The Process Our recruiting and consulting team will effectively contact those candidates that you would like to pursue further. It results in pre-qualification of potential candidates; we will gauge their interest in your position and generate a resume for your use in the next steps in the process. We will jointly develop questions which will elicit responses to critical qualification requirements. The results of this screening process will be provided to you.
We will provide you with candidates that are interested in discussing the opportunity further with your in-house staff, thereby ensuring that you are delivering your employment brand and other critical messages to these potential hires.
The Value This process is cost effectively providing you with significant opportunities to reduce your cost per hire. We work on an hourly basis with a “not to exceed” overall budget agreed to in advance. The budget is developed based upon the number of candidates to be contacted, the complexity of the job and the overall scope of services to be delivered. It will enable you to maximize the effectiveness of your internal professionals.
