Offer feedback. Candidates receive comments on how they did no more than 72 hours after the interview. |

Maintain contact. We keep you apprised of any issues that may affect a potential candidate, and send rejection letters when appropriate. |

Check references. We conduct reference checks for all job finalists and encourage our clients to do likewise. |

Secure the hire. We help in the salary negotiation process to improve the chances of the offer being accepted. |
