James D. Dyak, SPHR

Prior to founding Human Resource Dimensions and acquiring the assets of RA Clark Consulting in Atlanta, Georgia, Jim spent six years with CH2M HILL in South Florida, Beijing, PRC, and Atlanta, GA. Jim's roles with CH2M HILL ranged from Vice President and Area Manager in South Florida to Northern Asia Business Manager responsible for all shared services in China, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.

Jim was Chief Administrative Officer and Board member of Gee & Jenson Engineers-Architects-Planners, Inc. prior to its sale to CH2M HILL in 2002.

Prior to Gee & Jenson, he held positions with MSE Corporation and Public Service Indiana in Human Resource Management. He began his professional career as a Staff Psychologist after receiving his Bachelors degree from the University of Cincinnati and graduate degree in Industrial Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

He has been an active member of SHRM for more than 25 years, serving on both local and national committees and boards. Jim is lifetime SPHR certified and is currently on the SHRM Global Panel.  Through 2009 he served on the Atlanta Worldwide Employee Benefits Network steering committee and as the Vice President for Volunteer Opportunities and Placement for the SHRM Atlanta Chapter.  He is currently a Board Member and Treasurer of the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS).


Richard A. Clark

Before launching R.A. Clark in 1991, Dick spent five years leading recruiting activities for Ernst & Young's Southeastern consulting practice. In that capacity, he oversaw recruitment for five fields: health care, manufacturing, banking, information services, and human resources. He also supported the rapidly expanding Actuarial, Benefits and Compensation (ABC) Practice.

Prior to that, he was responsible for regional and national staffing management within the Steak & Ale restaurant subsidiary of Pillsbury. During his tenure, he developed and managed an annual staffing forecast, a national advertising campaign and a college recruiting program.

Dick served as president of the Atlanta Research Roundtable and was committee chairman for the Atlanta Human Resources Information Systems Vendor Fair.

 

Jennifer Brock

Jennifer is a Staffing Manager with the firm, focused on both local and national Executive Searches.

Prior to joining Human Resource Dimensions, Jennifer was an Account Manager for a boutique advertising agency in Midtown Atlanta. During her education at Georgia Tech, Jennifer took full advantage of their renowned internship program to explore potential industry and career paths.  These included roles with Mazursky & Dunaway LLC, Federal Home Loan Bank of America, and the Georgia House of Representatives.   

Jennifer is an active member of the Atlanta chapter of SHRM, SHRM National, the Atlanta Area Compensation Association, and Atlanta Women’s Network.

 

Jade McFadden

Jade is an Executive Search Consultant with HRD. Prior to joining Human Resource Dimensions, she was a Recruiting Coordinator with Benchmark Brands in Atlanta where she established her career path as a recruiter. During her education at Georgia Tech, she interned with Everest Group International, an advisory firm, as a Junior Associate that assisted in the marketing and establishment of a company network in the Atlanta Community. Jade is an active member of the Atlanta chapter of SHRM, Georgia Tech Alumni Association, and the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

 

Joseph Corral

Joseph is a Senior Consultant with HRD, he was previously with ORIX Financial Services, Inc. for over 25 years; during his tenure he held various positions that ranged from Vice President of Operations to Senior Vice president of Human Resources, responsible for all HR functions of 19 field offices across the United States. Joseph has a diversified background which encompasses both Operations and Human Resource management, in addition to full competencies in business administration. He is a graduate of CUNY Bernard Baruch College with dual majors. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and is recognized as such by the State of Georgia commission of interpreters.

 

Shelly Davis

Shelly graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a degree in Psychology. She went on to work with Delta Airlines providing Human Resources Support for the Airport Customer Service group.  During her time at Delta, Shelly developed customer service job expectations and performance appraisals for a division of approximately 14,000 employees.  In addition to developing the first front-line employee performance management training, she monitored and encouraged usage of employee recognition programs.    One of her shining accomplishments during this time was the development of Delta Air Lines’ very first (and only) pay-for-performance incentive program which is still in existence today.  Shelly joined Human Resource Dimensions as Associate, Research in 2009.

 

J. L. “Jody” Weiss, Jr.                                                                            

Mr. Weiss serves as Managing Partner of TCHG Executive Search and is a Venture Partner with Human Resources Dimensions/ RA Clark Consulting, promoting a paradigm shift to search and recruitment.

With his career spanning across the public and private sectors, Weiss understands the importance of a cost effective selection process focused on identifying the right talent with accuracy and speed, all the while providing unparalleled customer service. Possessing owner and manager experience, Weiss most recently served as Practice Leader – Executive Search for Tatum, LLC, placing finance and technology leaders with client companies around the world. Committed to exploring new concepts and approaches, Weiss has developed a methodology for selecting talent that accomplishes a significant portion of the hiring manager’s work prior to client presentation.

Mr. Weiss touts the development of TCHG’s value proposition to its clientele via a blended approach/offering to search…providing all the services of a retained firm while maintaining a flexible pricing structure, tailored to our client’s needs. This pay for performance approach further reinforces Weiss’ commitment to his clients; to gain your trust, confidence and exceed your expectations. 

Presently, Weiss serves as the Treasurer/Board Member to the Georgia Association of Personnel Services (GAPS), the trade association to the search and staffing industry. 

Weiss holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas – San Antonio and a Master of Science & Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s University – Texas.
